The 160W Brushless DC Planetary Gear Motor adopts unified 90mm heavy-duty frame, with native motor speed ranging from 1500 to 1850rpm and bare-motor base torque of 0.85~1.04Nm. Custom DC voltages from 12V to 180V are supported. Equipped with standard precision planetary gearbox with adjustable ratios of 1/4 to 1/216, optional output shaft styles, drive units, brakes and encoders are available. It features rigid structure and abundant power reserve with stable continuous load capacity, widely used in heavy conveyors, lifting platforms, CNC fixtures and other medium-high power precision driving scenarios.

Single high-power frame structure
The complete machine features a flange size of only 90 mm, with a thickened housing and widened bearing seats. It boasts a higher maximum load capacity compared to the 57-frame structure and is engineered specifically for medium and high-power loads.
The motor body offers multiple basic speed options ranging from 1500 to 1850 rpm. The reference output speed can be fine-tuned without modifying windings, delivering greater flexibility in model selection.
Graded bare-motor torque output
The bare-machine torque of the 100W brushless DC planetary gear motor has two specifications: 0.85Nm and 1.04Nm. Customers can directly select the motor body according to basic loads to reduce redundant gearbox selection.

Stable continuous heavy-load performance
Equipped with sufficient 160W power and a thickened 90-frame heat dissipation structure, it maintains controllable temperature rise during long-term full-load operation and is less prone to overheating and power derating.
100W Brushless DC Planetary Gear Motor features multiple native motor speed levels that can precisely match the basic speed requirements of equipment, eliminating efficiency losses caused by forced speed regulation through large gear ratios.
Integrated thickened aluminum alloy housing, vibration-resistant and deformation-resistant, suitable for harsh working conditions with repeated start-stop and high-frequency commutation on assembly lines

Q:How to choose between 1500rpm and 1850rpm native speed motors?
A: Select 1850rpm model if high basic output speed is required; pick 1500rpm version for stronger base low-speed torque to reduce gearbox burden.
Q:What parameter leads to the torque difference between 0.85Nm and 1.04Nm?
A: They differ in winding turns and core magnetic flux. The 1.04Nm model has larger stator core with richer torque reserve for equipment with heavy startup resistance.
Q:Is an electromagnetic brake recommended for high-frequency start-stop operation?
A: Brakes are suggested for frequent start-stop applications requiring power-off positioning, which instantly lock the output shaft and prevent inertial drifting.
